• Coordinate with cook(s), answer their questions, meet them at church.
• Set up tables and chairs, starting around 3pm.
• Prep room before doors open to public at 5pm.

• Supervise meal, doing whatever is necessary to have it go smoothly.
• Serving stops at 7pm.
• Clean room. Numerous volunteers will help with this.
• Collect donations.
• Reimburse cooks.
• Meet Richard to close building and turn over excess cash.
